These have quickly become my illustration of choice for several reasons.

They are accurate, fast, inexpensive virtual 3-D models that capture my clients attention and imagination.  The images leave open room for artistic impression so that my clients focus on the big picture and still feel they have involvement in their dream of what their home could potentially become.

Photorealistic Renderings

Some of the images in my rendering gallery are photorealistic ray-traced renderings.  These images, while virtually lifelike in appearance have some significant obstacles to overcome:

1. They are time consuming and expensive to produce
2. They lack the warmth and artistic style of a traditional hand drawn look.
3. There is no room for artistic interpretation.  Most people are amazed by this type of rendering.  However, the level of detail is so complete and its appearance so finalized that I have had some types of  customers turned off of a design because a simple material selection didn’t appeal to them.
