Tokalaun Park and Estuary
Tokalaun Park & Estuary Estates is a subdivision created by builder / developer Paul Billingsly. It was designed to have a private estate look and feel. Although located 10 minutes from highway 75, and some of the most attractive shopping in North Texas, the estate itself is composed of only a few Large homes on generous lots, winding through winding private lanes.
