Tennis Center Remodel and Addition

Out With the Old, In With the New

How do you update an 8,000 square foot indoor tennis building built in the 1970’s to match the styling of a new  main residence built in 2007?

In addition to a complete remodel of the downstairs area and shower facilities, an entirely new upstairs level was added.  The addition includes a game room with exercise equipment, a video wall, an overlook to both the indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and a golf driving simulator that analyzes your swing.

An outside veranda and arches were added— sized to include a  “Pro Batter” video batting cage.

The old mansard composition roof was removed, a towered entry with wraparound staircase was added, and a lower pitch clay barrel tile roof was added to match the style of the new main residence.
