This home is the merger of a wife and husband’s style of living. She wanted a beautiful home with style similar to her childhood memories. He wanted a place to showcase his car collection. They both wanted a full theater experience, and indoor pool to have the best of year round weather.
The result is a 16,000 square foot Tuscan style home with 15 bay car gallery. To conceal the scale, the gallery wraps around a courtyard with arches, columns, and a view of the cars through divided eyebrow windows.

The car gallery features a full hydraulic lift, exposed steel beams, brick walls, and finish out that would make any gear head green with envy. To top the gallery off, transparent glass panels divide the gallery from the family game room, so that the trophy winner of his collection can take the prized spot right inside the home.
Outside, you will find an enclosed pool atrium complete with a mechanical sliding roof so that any day is a great day for swimming.
Upstairs, is the family media room, with marquee, concession area, and an outdoor patio overlooking the courtyard below
