Junius Height New Construction Approved
The Junius heights preservation district in Dallas, is an effort by the City to preserve the beautiful classic Architecture that exists in that area by applying stringent controls to any new construction. My Client had been unable to obtain a design that could functionally marry his financial goals with the city’s demanding architectural codes. My solution was to design this 3 unit townhome project in the Mission, or more accurately the “Santa Barbara” style. This was the first project approved for new construction in that district. it is now standing at the corner of Gaston and Glasscow.
